Forging & investment foundry

Our forging store offers a wide range of design options. We forge using die forging, open die forging and ring rolling processes. This enables us to produce small and large series cost-effectively.

The product range includes drop forgings from under 100 grams up to a piece weight of 100 kg. Seamless rolled rings with a diameter of up to 2500mm and open-die forgings complete our portfolio.

On request, we can carry out the mechanical finishing and surface treatment according to your specifications.

Investment foundry

Another manufacturing process at the Rajkot site is the investment casting process. We use the lost wax process and are therefore able to produce components that are often ready for installation with minimal machining. This results in an extremely economical casting process for complicated or intricate series molds with extremely high repeat accuracy in terms of dimensions and quality.

The economic advantages are significantly comprehensible in a very extensive batch size corridor of 50 to 100000 parts and give you a competitive edge.
